5.3 Manage Projects
Click on a specific project you want to see details and drawer will open.
if you want to add tasks to a project, just click the + icon beside the project title, which will open a drop-down menu:
Click on ‘New Task’ to add a new task. See 5.4
Or you can click on the project title to access project details. In this case, we clicked on ‘Internal Project’. The following window will appear:
Here, on the topmost bar, you will find the status of the project, whether it is in progress, has to be done, is ready for review, or has been completed.
Next to it is the list of teams on the project. Here you can add more teams to the project as well.
Then you have the priority flag. You can set the priority between low, medium, and high. Following is the number of estimated hours required to complete the project.
After that, you have the bin icon from where you can delete the entire project. You can also see the project creation date and the due date of the project on the topmost section of the window, followed by a progress bar that tells you (in percentage) how much of the project has been completed compared to the hours estimated for its completion.
The second row contains the name of the project (editable), and below it is the total logged hours to date. Next to the logged hours is the total number of active members in the project.
At the center of the screen, you have the tasks you create from the main Projects dashboard. Here you can see (from left to right) the due date of each task, its current status, estimated time to completion, a progress bar that shows the task completion percentage based on the number of estimated hours for the task and the hours logged by the users working on that task.
5.3.1 Add more team to projects
You can add team while you’re creating a new project (See 5.1). But if you want to add a new team later on, you can do it by simply clicking on the project you want to add teams to.
Press the + icon, which will open a list of teams.
Tap the name of the team you want to add to this project. That team will be added to the project right away.
You can also add a teams right from the Projects dashboard.
