4.0 Team Dashboard

Once you log into the timegram web app, you’re welcomed with a user-friendly, visual dashboard. The purpose of this dashboard is your team’s weekly performance at a glance, giving you quick insights into who has been meeting their assigned working capacity and who is falling short.

Let’s navigate through the different parts of the team dashboard.

At the center, you have the overview of your team - the number of active members, the total capacity of your team, and the total logged/unlogged hours.

On the top-right corner, you have a calendar to choose a specific date range to see your team’s performance.

On the main dashboard, hover the cursor over any employee’s name to view basic information like the logged hours, weekly capacity, and active tasks of that particular employee.

You can also view an employee’s daily performance for the entire week.

In addition to the daily capacity of each employee, the main dashboard also shows the total weekly capacity in the extreme right column.

You can hover over the bar under any date to see that day’s performance for a particular employee. For instance, to have a glimpse into the Content Manager’s working hours for 6th April, hover the cursor over the relevant bar to see the hours logged, estimated total hours, and the remaining hours for the day.

You can also dive deeper into each employee’s details from the dashboard by simply clicking on their name.

You can select a specific time period to view performance insights. At the top, you can see the number of active tasks of the selected employee, the logged hours for the selected time period, the employee’s weekly capacity, and the number of completed projects.

The bar chart in the middle shows each day’s working hours, while the bottom portion of the window shows all the projects that are active and assigned to that particular user.

You can also view the due date of each project, its status, the expected completion date, and the progress of that project. Further towards the right is a priority flag you can set as per preference.

Click on the “+” sign to see the active tasks within that project.

Task Details and Descriptions

When you select a task, it opens up a drawer revealing specific information about that task and its activity history. Within this task details section, you are provided with the option to input task descriptions and notes. This feature helps you keep a comprehensive record of your tasks, making it easy to add essential details and insights to each assignment.

Activity Log

In addition to task details, you can access the activity log, which serves as a comprehensive record of the time spent on these tasks. This log allows you to monitor the current status of your tasks, track the total hours you've logged, view billing-related information, and gain insights into which activities are consuming the most of your valuable time. This feature provides a clear overview of your task management and time allocation.

Note that you will only see tasks and projects that are active and whose deadline has not passed yet. If the deadline of a task is passed, it will be removed from the list, whether it has been marked completed.
