Calendar Integration Rules

  • When you connect your Google Calendar, timegram will automatically sync your next 7 days of scheduled events.
  • To apply any updates or new events from Google Calendar into timegram, use the Sync button on the integration page.

Step-by-Step Guide to Integrating Google Calendar

  1. Log in to timegram
    • Login your timegram account.
  2. Navigate to Integrations
  3. Connect Your Google Calendar
    • Click the "Connect" button under the Google Calendar integration.

    • A Google Authentication modal will appear.
    • Sign in with the Google account you want to link with timegram.

    • After signing in, click "Continue" to finalize the setup.

Using Google Calendar in timegram

  • Automatically Log Calendar Events to timegram Tasks
    • All your Google Calendar events will now be visible in the timegram.
    • To ensure automatic tracking, map each calendar event to a specific timegram task.
    • Next to each meeting, you’ll see a task selection field—choose the relevant task to log it automatically.

  • Handling Unmapped Calendar Events
    • If an event is not mapped to a task, it will appear in the Unlogged Activities section on the Tracker Page.
    • You can manually assign it to a task and log the event accordingly.

Syncing New Calendar Events

If new events are added to your Google Calendar, simply click the Sync button on the Integration page to update them in timegram.
