6.0 Insights and Reporting


The Insights module offers a consolidated view of all working patterns and productivity, allowing you to see your performance as you log Highlights on a day-to-day basis. It only shows insights based the user’s logged data.

Navigating through the Insights Module

As soon as you access the module, here's what you can find on this page:

  1. Date: Indicates specific dates corresponding to your tasks and performance metrics.
  2. Completed Tasks: Provides a list of tasks you have completed.
  3. Open Tasks: Gives a list of tasks that are currently in progress or yet to be completed.
  4. Unlogged Hours: Shows the hours that you haven't logged or accounted for.
  5. Logged Hours: Shows the hours you have already logged for accurate time management.
  6. Overtime: Indicates any extra hours you have put in beyond your regular work schedule.
  7. Remaining Capacity: Shows the capacity you have left for additional tasks or projects.
  8. Number of days worked: Track the number of days you have actively worked within a given period.
  9. Usage by top 5 apps and website: See your usage patterns through top five most used/visited apps and websites.

You can further drill down the report by selecting a date range from presets (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, or Last 28 Days)or custom date option. This allows you to narrow down the displayed information according to your preference.

In addition to the preset date ranges, you can also select a custom date range to view your insights. This can be useful for reviewing specific periods of time or comparing data over time. Select a custom date range, click on the "Start to End" box and select the dates you want to view.
