8.1 Timesheets


Timesheets are performance reports for individual employees, giving you a complete snapshot of what specific employees have been working within the selected time period. 

Once selected, the report will be generated that will show:

  • Details of the employee, including job title, email address, internal billing rate, and weekly capacity
  • Time related highlights of the employee
  • Selected date
  • Number of completed tasks
  • Open tasks that are currently active
  • Unlogged hours; time that the Highlights app recorded but was not logged by the employees
  • Logged hours; time that the Highlights app recorded and was logged by the employee
  • Overtime worked on each day
  • Remaining capacity of each day
  • Number of days worked within the selected date range

The report also includes “Usage by Apps and Websites” that shows the top 5 apps and websites the employee has used within the selected date range. Just scroll down on this page to see this report.
